Annual Meeting 2024
We will be holding our annual meeting both in person & on Zoom this year: Sun, Jan 21 @ 11:30am Eastern.
The purpose of the meeting is:
to review the annual reports of the boards & committees
to act on the budget
to review and approve updated Bylaws language
to conduct any other business that may come before the meeting
All covenanted members are eligible to vote at the meeting.

Call to the Annual Meeting
You are hereby called to the Annual Meeting of the Westbrook Warren Congregational Church UCC on Sunday January 21, 2024, in person and on ZOOM at 11:30am, following the morning on-line worship service. Information to access the ZOOM meeting will be posted on our website www.westbrookwarren.com.
The purpose of the meeting is to review the Annual Reports of the Boards and Committees, act on the budget, review and approve the updated Bylaws language, and any other business that may come before this meeting
I post this notice on the front door of the church two weeks prior to the meeting.
