Join us in celebrating the installation of Rev. Dr. Leslie Foley on Sunday, September 19 at 2pm Eastern!
We voted a year ago to call Rev. Leslie as our settled pastor, and now we are able to gather together to have her officially installed by the Cumberland Association of the Maine Conference, United Church of Christ. Storyteller Valerie Tutson will be the guest speaker.
You can join us in person or via Zoom. The installation will take place in the sanctuary with a reception outside (weather permitting). Masks are required.

Pledge Your Support
Both members and non-members can make a pledge to the church, which is a statement of how much you anticipate giving to the church over the course of the year.
A pledge is a commitment to give, and the church uses these pledges to plan and make its budget. At the same time we recognize that situations change and that people may need to adjust their pledge during the year.
Of course, you can give without making a pledge!
Are you looking for a place to belong, a place where you are loved and accepted for who you are?
Do you need someone to talk to without judgment, someone who will walk with you as you seek to understand God’s purpose for your life?
Do you want a safe place to worship and serve others?
You are welcome here at WWCC!
The mission of this church is to love God and love one another in our congregation, community, and world, through worship, serving, and mission. We seek to build a community of faith and service where all are welcomed, as Jesus Christ welcomed all. We affirm each person as a child of God, and we embrace and encourage our common values as well as our unique differences.
Open & Affirming Statement
We invite everyone to full membership and participation in the life, leadership, ministry, and mission of this church. We welcome all people regardless of background, circumstance, race, ethnicity, family configuration, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, physical or mental ability, and age.
